Membership Charges

Membership is currently open for both residents of Sector 26 and non-residents. Members are required to go through an interview/screening process with the management team.

Standard Membership rates are mentioned below

Resident of Sector-26 (plot holder)	:	Rs. 75000/- Life membership*
Resident-Ward (plot holder)(Below 30 yrs)	:	50% of Resident membership fee*
Senior citizen Resident (above 65 yrs.)	:	25% of Resident membership fee*
Non- Resident of sector-26	:	Rs. 2,50,000 Life membership*
Non- Resident -Ward	:	50% of Non- Resident*
Corporate membership	:	Rs. 8,00,000/- with three nominees*
Membership Transfer (within Blood Relations only)	:	20% of the belonging category*
Temporary Membership- Resident of Sec-26 (Plot holder)	:	Rs. 25000/- for One Year**
Temporary Membership- Non-Resident	:	Rs. 40000/- for One Year**

*Tax & Security deposit extra as applicable.

Monthly Subscription @Rs. 300/- per month (plus tax)  as applicable for Resident and Non-Resident Members, Rs. 150/- per month (plus tax) as applicable for Resident- Senior Citizen Members above 65 yrs

Termination/Cancellation of Membership

 

            A.        Grounds       

            A member shall cease to be member of the club in any of the following contingencies:-

           

(i)                 On death : provided, however, the spouse of the deceased member shall have the option to be made a member without paying additional fees. The option has to be exercised                 within three months of the death unless the President or the Managing Committee for sufficient reason, agree to condone the delay.

(ii)              On resignation.

(iii)            On being adjudged insolent.

(iv)            On being convicted of an offence, which involves moral aptitude.

(v)              On indulging in activities which are prejudicial to the interest of the Club.

(vi)            “On being in default of dues of a member exceeding beyond a period of 6 months, a notice may be sent to member for payment of dues in 15 days and the membership shall                 automatically stand terminated if not paid after the notice period.”

(vii)          On being found that information given in by the applicant in his application for membership was false on some material point.

(viii)       On being found that person is mentally sick or not in stable condition of mind.

 

B.        Procedure

 

In any of the contingencies in (iii) to (vii) mentioned above brought to the notice of the Management Committee by the Secretary or otherwise, notice would be issued by the Management Committee to the member concerned specifying the ground on which his case is covered, to give a reply within the specified periods and if the same is not found satisfactory, or no reply is given, a decision terminating his membership would be taken which shall be final.

Refund Policy:

1. 1. 1. In case there are dues pertaining to club facility payments first deduction will be adjusted towards subscription payments and balance will be adjusted towards the facility payments

    

   1. 1. Any final Payments due towards a member if he is leaving the club membership the amount will be paid through account payee cheque only and obligation of the outgoing member will be to provide an NOC to the club of his full and final payment towards club.

    

   1. 1. In case of excess payment, the excess amount will be adjusted against future subscription/ dues and if payment is made by accident and the member insist on refund then the amount will be refunded post verification through the same media of transaction used by the payee.

    

   1. Any Request shall be processed within 7 Days from the date of intimation.
